Jewellery items purchased from Sony Fashion Jewellers can be exchanged or returned as per the following terms and conditions.

• Any verified purchase can be exchanged or returned within 7-10 days from the date of purchase. The refund amount (as per the product cost given in the invoice) will be issued within 15 working days.

• Exchange or refunds will be made only on jewellery products that may have been damaged during shipping or delivery, that bear some manufacturing defect, or that are not the product you placed an order for. You are requested to click a photograph of the product (at the time of opening) along with the package in which you received it.

• If you purchase a discounted product, then the discount amount will be refunded.

• Any jewellery that you wish to exchange or return must be in its original condition and package, along with all tags, certificate of purchase, and invoice. The product must be unused and have no marks of wear and tear.

• Customised or engraved jewellery pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

• We provide free shipping across India.

• You can track your order using the tracking number provided to you at the time of purchase. We will also notify you through regular updates via email and SMS/WhatsApp.

• You will receive your order within 3-7 days (depending on the location). We will promptly update you in case there is a delay due to any unforeseen event.

• All products will be packed in proper jewellery boxes or pouches along with the tags and certificate of purchase, and will be delivered in sealed, tamperproof packages. Please check the package condition when receiving your order. In case of any damage, please do not accept it.

• If you wish to order a gift for someone, we can arrange for gift packaging at no extra cost and have it delivered to the address you provide. Please notify us at the time of purchase.
